Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Starter account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
